Anna Wrasse (Bloomington, IN) has been writing and performing original songs since age 11. She has been playing piano since age 6, picked up the guitar at age 10, and recently started studying violin. Anna was honored to win the 2016 youth division Ferdinand Folk Festival Singer-Songwriter competition and the 2016 Kiwanis Idol competition. In 2017 Anna won the Jasper Strassenfest Guitar Pull. Anne released “At Night”, her first EP of original music, in 2016. She is currently recording all new music to release a full length CD later in 2017. In the meantime she recently released her new song “Temporary Home” on an EP with a few songs from her first release. Anna is thrilled to be performing her second year at the Ferdinand Folk Festival.
